شروط الاستخدام

تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيقي «وديني» و«كابتن وديني». وديني منصّة تقنية تربط الركاب بكباتن مستقلين، ولا تُعدّ هي نفسها مقدّم خدمة نقل.
١. الحساب
- يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عاماً فأكثر، وأن تسجّل برقم هاتف تملكه.
- أنت مسؤول عن كل ما يجري عبر حسابك وعن صحة بياناتك.
٢. الرحلات والأجرة
- تظهر الأجرة التقديرية قبل الطلب، وقد تُضاف رسوم انتظار بعد مدة الانتظار المجانية.
- الدفع نقداً للكابتن أو من رصيد المحفظة. يمكن تحويل الباقي إلى محفظتك.
- عند الإبلاغ عن عطل التبريد قد يُعاد جزء من الأجرة إلى المحفظة بعد المراجعة.
- رصيد المحفظة يُستخدم داخل التطبيق فقط ولا يُسترد نقداً إلا بحسب ما تقرره الإدارة.
٣. الإلغاء
- يحق للراكب الإلغاء، وقد تُطبَّق رسوم أو مخالفات عند تكرار الإلغاء بعد قبول الكابتن.
- يحق للكابتن الإلغاء لأسباب مبررة (عدم حضور الراكب بعد مدة الانتظار، خطر على السلامة، عطل في السيارة)، وقد يُعوَّض عند عدم حضور الراكب.
- الإلغاء غير المبرر يُسجَّل كمخالفة وقد يؤدي إلى إيقاف مؤقت.
٤. التزامات الكابتن
- تقديم مستمسكات صحيحة وسارية، وسيارة صالحة ونظيفة ومبرّدة.
- الالتزام بقواعد المرور ومعاملة الركاب باحترام.
- دفع العمولة أو الاشتراك المتفق عليه، ويحق للإدارة إيقاف الحساب عند المخالفة.
٥. السلوك المحظور
- أي إساءة أو تحرّش أو تمييز أو تهديد.
- الاحتيال، أو التلاعب بالتعويضات أو الأسعار، أو استخدام حساب غيرك.
- نقل مواد محظورة قانوناً.
يحق لنا إيقاف أو حظر أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
٦. الطوارئ
زر الطوارئ في التطبيق وسيلة مساعدة إضافية، ولا يُغني عن الاتصال بالجهات الرسمية مباشرة في حالات الخطر.
٧. حدود المسؤولية
نبذل جهدنا لتوفير خدمة موثوقة، لكننا لا نضمن عملها دون انقطاع. وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة.
٨. القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق.

These terms govern your use of the Wadeeni and Wadeeni Captain apps. Wadeeni is a technology platform that connects riders with independent captains; Wadeeni itself is not a transport provider.
1. Account
- You must be 18 or older and register with a phone number you own.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account and for the accuracy of your information.
2. Rides and fares
- An estimated fare is shown before you request; waiting fees may apply after the free waiting time.
- Pay cash to the captain or from your wallet balance. Your change can be added to your wallet.
- If you report broken A/C, part of the fare may be refunded to your wallet after review.
- Wallet balance is for in-app use only and is not redeemable for cash except as decided by Wadeeni.
3. Cancellations
- Riders may cancel; fees or violations may apply for repeated cancellations after a captain accepts.
- Captains may cancel for justified reasons (rider no-show after the waiting time, a safety risk, a vehicle breakdown) and may be compensated for no-shows.
- Unjustified cancellations are recorded as violations and may lead to a temporary suspension.
4. Captain obligations
- Provide valid documents and a roadworthy, clean, air-conditioned vehicle.
- Follow traffic laws and treat riders with respect.
- Pay the agreed commission or subscription; Wadeeni may suspend accounts that violate the rules.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Any abuse, harassment, discrimination or threats.
- Fraud, manipulating compensation or fares, or using someone else's account.
- Carrying items prohibited by law.
We may suspend or ban any account that breaches these terms.
6. Emergencies
The in-app SOS button is an extra aid and does not replace contacting the official emergency services directly.
7. Limitation of liability
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
